Rope access enables inspection and maintenance crews to gain access to areas that would normally require staging. Access can be gained to these areas quickly and efficiently. Inspection and maintenance work can be carried out in transit, eliminating the need for dry-docking. On FSO, FPSO, drilling platforms, pumping stations and almost any offshore facility, if planned effectively work can be carried out with little or no interruptions to operations.
